    He was a shadow of his old self. Right from the start, he was clumsy and wobbly and sloppy. i've always said, when he's with Ann Wolfe, he wins. When he's not with her, he loses (and did he ever... No Wolfe)! Retirement time!

    By the way, the Barrientes brothers have gone the way of the Charlo brothers. Uneven.

    That, and most real boxing fans that know their ****, knew Montiel was a nightmarish choice for an opponent for a glass jawed shot fighter coming off of a year off. It was no shock to many of us. From the prediction league on here.

    Wolfe ruined him by encouraging him to block shots with his face. Little to no skills were taught in those training camps.

    I posted this at the time of the announcement of the fight but she pretty much ruined his career with the training tactics..

    It’s sad to me when I see a fighter who was a contender reduced to this. he was a glass cannon & he was flawed which made his fights great to watch.
    I hope he calls it a day.
