This isn't a thread about Cintron and Angulo though and last time I checked Margo didn't fight Cintron at 154 did he?

 

He took 2 beatings from Mosley and Pacquiao! If Cotto wins on points it doesnt mean anything. Cotto was winning the first fight early, all he has to do is box and avoid a brawl this time.

 

After his face was shattered and swollen by Pac? I don't know. Margo hasn't faced a certified puncher in a while (since Pac). Last one he did, Mosley, didn't end well. I am beginning to wonder about him and that matchup.

It would be a GREAT fight to watch. The fans would all win if they made that fight.

 

I think it'd be a great fight. I see JK winning by decision, but he would hit the deck a couple of times, but probably still win 8-9 rounds despite that. I believe he'd be conditioned to go 12 rounds.

 

I don't see Manny as a banger at 154, he did his damage through accumlation in that massacre. Magro fought a real puncher at 147 in Shane as was KO'd. He fought a real puncher at 154 in Garcia and was so effected by the shot that he spent the fight trying to "box" off the back foot.

 

Is he the hardest puncher? Maybe not. You shatter someone's face? You have some serious pop. He has stunned and put down enough people to earn respect for his power.

I still come to the same conclusion as you. I am starting to wonder about him versus big punchers who come conditioned and prepared to fight the distance.

Pure Boxers, smaller guys who's power didn't come up with them, or guys with suspect fitness? He has them all day.
