I didn't mean to lecture you, and I apologise if that seemed to be the case. It's just that most of the time I see you posting here you're responding to people who aren't exactly kind to Yorgey, I think you'd be better off ignoring such comments. I'm not saying that constructive critisism shouldn't be taken on board(because it should), but the stuff that's said clearly just to get a response from you(mostly in previous threads), I dont think they should be paid attention to. Yorgey is a good fighter, world title level, I'm not sure. I thought he would give a good account of himself against Angulo and I was a bit disappointed by how one-sided it was. Whether there are reasons for that I dont know, but I hope you'll understand why people would have their reservations. He is definitely a good fghter though, and I do wish him the best.

Angulo already ****ed Yorgey up royally. Kirkland will just finish him off aparently. Bit of a mismatch that fight

why not its a limited slugger whose been languishing in prison with a new trainer

if there ever was a time to fight kirkland its now

i mean he is easy to hit and kinda slow i think those weaknesses would be amplified after the layoff

I agree... Yorgey already felt what hell feels like, I guess he wants to make another trip!

Thanks brother. There were definitely reasons he looked like a different fighter against Angulo. Rest assured, those reasons are no longer an issue and he is a completely different fighter now. He is still just as quick and elusive - but has added much needed power to his arsenal. The proof will be in the pudding as they say. Hope you stay tuned to see the results.

Very observant - seriously. Seems to be a lacking trait here. We know that Kirkland is a banger and he has insane power. However, we also feel that there are certain things that can be done to neutralize that power and control his angles. If the fight is right - we'll take it and trust me...there will never be another Angulo type loss again on HJY's record.
