    Should Williams get past Wright ... and Kirkland manages to keep winning and get that title shot against Dzindzurik then it would be a nice fight between Kirkland and Wright.

    What you guys think?

    Kirkland would be one of a hand full of fighters that would be down to fight with Williams. and he's on the verge of getting a world title depending on his next 2 fights ...

    Your scenario isn't going to work anyway. Wright will beat Williams, and Dzinziruk would comfortably beat Kirkland.

    Paul williams would stop Kirkland, he is simply a better boxer and he can stay outside landing jabs.

    interesting match up kirkland hits pretty hard but has a lot of flaws but i dont think williams is strong enufg to keep him of him , we still need to see if williams can beat winky

    I think Kirkland is getting alittle bit underrated here, yeah I would side with Williams but it's not out of the question that Kirkland can hurt Williams.

    But I say Williams by close UD.

    I doubt anyone can look like they have power vs. Kirkland.

    Unless Williams has a massive brain fart, he puts a huge sustained combo together to stop Kirkland. The fight would be great, even just for watching Anne Wolfe try to put a plan together in the corner - she'll never give him some water, baby.

    Williams is a few notches up from Kirkland right now....James needs to fight some good level competition before he tries to fight Paul...Paul wins this by KO midrounds if this fight were this year!
