I've seen him fight a few times before and he's always impressed me. Last night hbo showed clips of his training with Ann Wolfe, like attaching a bag to a truck. I was just wandering if anyone knew some of the techniques he uses, because at 154 he looked as strong as a light-heavyweight.
i really don't know exactly what he does but i saw that last night as well. i'm going to guess a ton of body weight exercises. pull ups, push ups, squats, running up hills are a few examples. all of these probably for a ton of reps. she (his trainer) said she likes to push "from the soul" meaning most of it will only be accomplished from a ton of heart and focus
