I don't see how you are telling that Toney is in better condition. I hope he is, but i can't tell much of nothing from that.
On the other hand, there was a lot of buzz about his face looking slim before Peter II, and he weighed in at 236 pounds there. He was 229 against Batchelder. I reckon around 223, 224...I think 215-220 is a pipe dream. Of course, if he comes in lighter and loses then you've got the 'weight drained' excuse all set up...
It's hard to tell who is more shot. Rahman got shook up by Zuri Lawrence and James Toney barely beat a club fighter in Danny Batchelder.
Rahman is clearly the more brain-damaged, since somehow he's developed a sense of politeness, class and even likeableness. Sudden personality changes are a disturbing sign.
I think Toney is more shot. Based on age, inactivity and performance in his last fight against Batchelder. But who ever comes shows up in better shape should win this one. I'll make my prediction when I see the weight in.
