Maybe, maybe not. I'd back him to last 12 but 15 rounds against the buzzsaw that is Frazier might be damn tough.

Not many lasted against prime Joe
To go 15 especially, so you're in there with Joe and he's getting warmed up and really enjoying himself with that killer hook.. God imagine!

Thank you for pointing that out.
Some on the site seem to think
    Frazier was left hook only.
As you noted and I've written many times in the past,
Frazier's left hook was his bread and butter, but
that right hand was a primer.
He used that right hand far more than given credit
    for.

You fail to notice that James' left arm is protecting his stomach while rolling.

Expect Joe to be eating uppercuts and straight right hands in return for his attempt to dig that body shot on James.

Yeah, Toney took on punchers that hit way harder then Frazier and was never knocked out while also having amazing defense and counter punching he i think he has more then enough tools to survive and even give Frazier a tough fight.

It is--by far--the single most accurate punch in the division. And he would dig shots to an opponents arms as well. Who does that? And lets face it---most people only bother to watch head punches.
