I see Pepper all the time. He's from 6th St. in Philly, near where I was from.

Funny as hell, and a great guy but he's also the kinda guy that you know exaggerates a little bit.

But this is boxing, guys. ALL trainers exaggerate.

    He says two things:

    1. "James Toney is the best fighter ever".

    2. "James Toney spanked Klitscho. He padded him in the back and laughed".

    ......

    What a waste of time......

No he wasn't offered 60-40 and a full of pure BS on this thread making up stories.

Not that I'm saying Toney did own Vitali in sparring, who knows, Byrd kicked Vitali's ass, don't but Vitali's BS excuse for that he got his ass kicked

Vitali Klitschko would **** Toney up in his prime, so ****ing easily it would be funny. James Toney sucks

What the **** kind of a place is this to film an interview? Does Ellie have any clue or common sense? Pepper Roach looks looped out of his mind from anesthesia or something. I don't get him. He's like the 10 year old kid who won't stop bugging you about questions because he just wants attention or to be included. The only thing interesting that can be taking from that video is the woman's appreciation of Toney's boxing. "Like a choreographer." There's hope in the world.

Just as last week I showd you a link, where it read that it was 35/65 not 60/40.

Lets be real. Toney agreed to face Wladimir with rematch and Vitali match stipulations just last december, so its kind of weird that you are saying that Toney dosent want to fight Klitchkos

Well Pepper Roach said Toney and Vitali sparred each other and Toney said they sparred some 3-4 rounds at the Wild Card gym. Why would they lie about this? It's not a big deal really.

And it doesn't even matter if James kicked Vitalis butt or not, or if it was the other way round... because it was only sparring. Doesn't mean anything as to who would win in an actual fight. The whole affair was probably pretty uneventful...

I don't see where Toney has the legs and footwork to put himself in proper position to land on a target this far away from him. Different time zone he'd be so far away. He'd have to take 2 steps--while vitali does not move his legs or lean-- to land anything & the arc of his punches would have to be completely different. The straight right hand of Toney would not land against this opponent's head and everything would have to be hooks instead.
