I thnk most agree that win over corrales was special. It was his FIRST most signifigant win early in his career.

I gotta admit the mid west and especially Michigan/Detroit have had the most successful boxers the US has ever produced. Sounds like you all had a great time watching Floyd last weekend! I wish I could have been there! Mostly to see that fine woman who was serving the drinks to you and your crew. My god she is easy on the eyes.:shock:

 

Ah....James isn't racist. He's an ass hole......that is undeniable but he's still a guy who speaks exactly what he feels.....He's harsh on ALL RACES.....actually anyone who he feels doesn't compare to his level...which is 99% of the boxing world.

 

:roll: Reading a lil too much into it....he also said Floyd is his man and that he feels Floyd is great....LIKE HIMSELF. Does that mean Floyd is also on roids?

 

I think Toney is also from Grand Rapids or outside of detroit himself but they still rep the "D". I guess people who are living in the city may not feel the same. Which is "OK"....but why wouldn't you like Floyd repping your city? He's a great boxer and so is James.

 

I know! But it's still cool that someone like James showed Floyd some deserved "love" for his performance. Now he still keeps it 100......he still feels PAC would beat Floyd but that is his opinion. I know and so does everyone that Manny and Floyd are two of the best boxing has produced in this era....and that this fight if it comes off will not be easy for either man.

Anyone who thinks that Floyd or Manny will have an easy night is either a Fanatic for either man or doesn't know boxing. This is a challenge for both fighters and the match up is very compelling given the status of both men.

 

I see your point but unfortunately not everyone can be guilty by association. Floyd and James live in the same city in the same state or at least that's where they grew up....just b/c of that doesn't mean Floyd is on roids or has ever been known to use them.
