Of course, his speech has somewhat deterioated but you can still clearly understand what he is saying. Toney always mumbled, that is the way he speaks.

The Ruiz overturning was BS and a racist plot against JT

I think the Roids are making him slur. Maybe its them and the hits he has taken over the years... I think 90% of it is the roids though.

No I take that back its his blood sugar and body fat content :good

Correct, when you see his old interviews he sounds completely different.

I've never been able to pick out a more than a couple of words in each of his sentences since I first heard him talk in the 90's.

He's just not a well spoken bloke, or very intelligent for that matter. Same as it ever was.

    Just caught the video above.

Well, he did seem to have less marbles in his mouth back then, but that ain't sayin' much.

There are two ATG who are currently competing at HW, Holyfield and Toney. Give the man his respect.

Yeah he deserves respect. He is a HOF fighter. Great fighter like ATG who knows. My criteria would be is Toney good enough to beat other ATG fighters. Usually he was not. But he was a good HOF fighter.

Lol he is so bitter about the Jones fight. In older interviews he didn't try to make excuses. He had never been so dominated and was probably humiliated by the whole thing. If he would've been the best fighter he would've KO'd me. hahah That's stupid.

However, Toney is the man. One of my favorite boxers.

Both had their great moment IN THE PAST.

Neither one is up to much at present and BOTH should have retired some time ago.

Toney had won the WBA Title before being stipped and the decision overturned.

Toney drew with Rahman for the WBC Title (and later RTD Rahman before that decision was overturned).

    Toney is more than capable.

Holyfield just won almost every round against Valuev and is the rightful WBA Champ. Maybe they should have retired in your opinion, but they are still very competitive in this, the twilight of their careers.
