Toney is an ATG yea he ruined his own career by balooning up like a whale but that doesn't negate that people can be excited about a great fighter fighting again.

We all know that the world has been awaiting Toney's return.

They got a live feed with CNN and the rights to break into any of their broadcasts at any time.

Seriously though, if Toney fights in Michigan, I'll go see him. But I won't pay to watch him fight on TV.

Toney's my favorite fighter of all time.

A waste of talent to a certain extent, I know, but damn Ive ever once been bored at any of his fights. Ever. And when he decided to take it seriously, the skills were sick. SICK!

This man had style through and through.

I thought it was sad, and embarrassing, when after the second Peter fight, and Toney was clearly outboxed and was lost so decisively that noone questioned it..............Toney was still trying to act in character, and still proclaim his cocky confidence, when he was still trying to say he was the best heavyweight in the world. After he said, that, it seemed everyone sort of hung their head. I know I did. LOL.

But before we get too teary eyed, you can't feel too sorry for him, given the money he makes for his trouble.

    http://www.jamestoney.com/

i remember visiting A toney website that had a count down, i think this is the page, but i dont know what it means.

i have watched almost all of toneys fights, and i know that with his technique he doesnt need steriods, he is too good, too crafty. them drugs he has denied taking, (almost beat up an official for accusing him) were for WEIGHT LOSS, now for performance enhancement!

Toney a bag of lard with a cigar?! How can you call yourself a boxing fan when disrespecting an ATG like Toney? As for your boy Abraham: I think he's a good fighter, not great, I like him, but Toney would have killed him at middleweight, so much for that...

I would pick Toney over Abraham as well, Pavlik too, but were talking about the present, not the past.
