Man I'd love to see Toney destroy Klitschko but honestly this wouldn't even be a fight. Klit would hurt JT badly and it'd be over early.

That's pretty low...look at this for the fight that never happened between VITKLIT and Rahman...

Top Rank submitted a bid of $12.1 million (which won).

The split will be 65/35 with Klitschko making $7.5 million and Rahman $4.6 million.

Toney is worth more than a Rahman, Toney is an ATG.

James Toney is great to listen to. He makes it entertaining, kinda like Mayorga does. Peter was the guy he should have taken to school. I think though he has one more good win left in him, but it's not against Klitschko.

You know Toney considers them nobodies...meaning Toney being an ATG should naturally get more.

However he is the challenger, that's why he concedes 50-50.

Toney wants 50-50 to fight one of these guys.

I think Toney deserves to be paid this. There needs to be more respect in the boxing world.

They missed their chance to get a ranked Holyfield...if they want to have at least one ATG on their resume, in their WIN column...let's see if they can beat James Toney...give the man his 50-50.

I dont know who won the bid for that fight so I dont know what the offer was to Wlad.

seems low to me. BUT, if Toney wanted Wlad as bad as he was making it seem (**** talking) you would think he would have takin it at any price. Bottom line they all talk **** to get the big $$$$$ its just business:D

The best fighter who could put some serious affective pressure on Wladimir right now is Povetkin and Wladimir already signed to fight him, Wladimir is here to fight the best.

I'll be honest, I like both Wladimir and Povetkin but will be picking Povetkin here based on style and based on Wladimir not handling pressure fighters well enough, especially an excellent one like Povetkin. IF Povetkin shows he can't handle Wladimir's power early then in could be over for him, if he does then it could be a long tough risky night for Wladimir, especially as rounds go and Povetkin keeps Wladimir punching/moving = getting tired.

But yes, Wladimir hs here to unify as he promised and continues to fight the top ranked and best fighters the division offers and will continue to do so as long as the wins keep coming.

I can't see Povetkin beating Vlad.

    What is in Toney's cigar?

Its the same game plan as so many other fighters against Wlad. They all say and try the same thing.."pressure pressure pressure" and it just doesn't work.

I dont think Povetkin will be able to deal with Wlad size, power, speed, jab, and experience. Even the press conferences and such will be on a level he has never dealt with.

    Thats alot to handle
