    Ward fairly easily.

    Ward UD

Toney's greatest flaw is his flat, plodding feet & I think Ward is more than good enough to exploit this. He might have a few scares along the way but I think this fight would be similar to the Roy Jones fight.

If anything, Ward fights more than McCallum than a prime Roy Jones.

Also, the Toney that fought Barkley was at his best and not not out of shape like against Jones.

I like Toneys performance vs Nunn the best where he even seemed to be outboxed by the taller, flashier opponent and Toney adapted and like Leonard in the first Hearns fight became the puncher. And to be fair Barkleys prime was back in 88-91 so he would of gone the distance with Toney. I like Ward, but only thing I don't is that he gets caught with right hands alot. Toney tho crafty is one of the most explosive fighters at least in the Nunn fight that version at 168 is one for any 168-175lber to respect. Ward is very good brink on being great, but he hasn't had to deal with a Nunn caliber fighter yet. Nunn was a favorite, undefeated, and backed by Sugar Ray Leonard so naturally considered Leonards successor. If you want to see a one sided beating then yea Toney-Barkley is great since people give Barkley credit to him since Barkley recently beat Hearns in the rematch, but Hearns was on the slide already. 91-94 Toney was prime Toney. I think he'd beat Ward to the punch and Ward would get a worse beating than if Ward fought prime Rj because Toney could fight both inside and out effectively. Stylistic nightmare for Ward.
