    It's not who a MW has beaten at HW. The point is, is that a man that started his career at 160lbs and never worked his way up in weight smartly (see not eating junk food to gain weight) ended up winning a HEAVYWEIGHT belt via pure skill.

    Yes, and I call Ruiz and Toney heavyweight contenders. That's the term I use because I don't class them as legitimate heavyweight CHAMPIONS. There's absolutely no shame in being a contender.

    Yes, you are right - I shoud have added "durably" competed among the world's best despite the weight span - Jones never saw himself as a hw.
