I stated he didn't test positive outside of two matches in the heavyweight division; which is correct.

How many " current world champions" are you supposed to fight? You can only do so in unification matches.

James Toney didn't fight many either off memory.

Nice attempt, but this thread is about if Calzaghe's resume is better than Toney's- everything you have wrote only confirms that it most definitely isn't. It is an OK resume, but the evidence you've put down is simply evidence that it isn't as good as James Toney's, so you have did the opposite from what your intention was. Compare that to the start of the thread if you think I'm just trying to be smart.

You should have done the same as your fellow Calzaghe fans like Pugilist and not bothered to make a list, and tried to talk around the subject and criticize Toney instead- as now the truth is there for all to see.

H2H and P4P are a different story IMO, but it is clear that Toney does have the better resume. He doesn't have 12 performances to match JT's 12. The 3 guys who voted Calzaghe either:

    - don't know anything about boxing

    or

    - are the kind of blinkered fanboys (Pugilist for one) that embarrass all of us true Calzaghe fans, who rate Joe truly and realistically, and don't get the guy a bad name on here by refusing to accept any criticism of him whatsoever, even when the evidence is staring us in the face like it is here.

While 47-4 is more than definitive; those 4 should still be shot.

Being shot is too good for them- they should be slapped to death by an enormous slapping machine, slapped into oblivion, that would teach them!! :D

When did Calzaghe beat Glen Catley? No great achievement I know but I must have missed that one :huh

Also, 'punchers like Delaney and Mrkitchian'

    How is that "evidence"?

That really depends on how you interpret it personally.

ABA 165 final 1992 calzaghe beat catley in 1 round.

how many mrkitchian fights did you watch or have you watched ?

calzaghe boxed of the backfoot for a reason v mrkitchian because he could punch.

i saw him ko the barbadian whose name i forget to get the number one mandatory slot and i saw him beat the european champion chanet , nearly decapitating him knocking him spark out and i mean spark out.
