This is merely hypothetical but, since it never happened I've always wondered who would take it. Who would win this back in 93? What do you guys think?

I say James toney by U.D.
Toney was on a different level than Nard at that time.

Toney in 93, as he could still move his feet.

Anything post 97/98 I pick Hopkins to out manouver him.

This fight would of been a text book matchup of leading, countering and ring intelligence. Real shame it didn't happen.

I would have love to see this fight . Toney was a pretty good athlete back in his day , he would have gave Bernard problems in the ring . But i see Hopkins outpointing him .

93 Hopkins was green and would lose a UD, prime for prime Hopkins wins a UD though.

Toney was a better fighter than Hopkins in 1993. At 160, he'd be drained and lose. But at 168 in the form he fought Barkley in, he'd take a clear-cut decision.
