I think most likely Byrd outmaneuvers him. Toney likes to counter without giving chase. I think Chris would circle and pepper him, winning by decision.
The Toney who fought Holy is capable of winning, nearly even money. The other versions of Toney would lose.
Toney is not proven HW,Byrd is,and toney trying to outmaneuver Byrd is another story,byrd unlike Peter is a tactician,both hit about the same but you cant really say toney wins this one unless he defeated guys like Byrd did,and he didn't.
I think Byrd would win. The heavyweight version of Toney wasn't particularly mobile and Byrd would outbox him.
