As far as toughest I'd take Gatti, Ali, Cobb or Lamotta over Qwai but He's definatley second tier along with Toney and Ward.

:goodCant go wrong with any of those. Toney was never stopped all the way up to heavyweight, which is mind boggling.

    Who picked Toney by stoppage?:bart:nono

Only Holyfield and Foreman stopped Qawi. Holyfield stopped Qawi in their rematch, KO4. In their first fight Qawi lost to Holyfield, LSD15, in a great fight. Foreman stopped Qawi in the 7th round at HW. Toney isn't stopping Qawi. Qawi gave M. Spinks a tough 15 round fight at LHW but came up a little short, L15. He beat Johnny Davis x2, Mike Rossman, James Scott, Saad Muhammad x2, Jerry Martin, Eddie Davis, Piet Crous, Leon Spinks, Lee Roy Murphy, Tyrone Booze, Ricky Parkey, and others. He lost very close decisions to Ossie Ocasio, Robert Daniels, and Arthur Williams when he was well past prime.

At LHW Toney lost to Thadzi and Griffin x2. He beat Charles Williams at SMW. Williams had already clearly lost to Henry Maske at LHW. He cut down to make the fight with Toney.

I'm not saying Toney couldn't win, but he's not stopping Qawi.

    Toney isn't getting stopped either.
