Nunn was pretty damn good. If he'd paced himself better he'd have won a wide UD over Toney "traps" notwithstanding. But you managed to pick Golovkin's worst form, to compare with, well done.

"“I had seen these previous knockouts on tape and heard all the stories, and then he fights Ouma and he just looked off. And the reason why is — a lot of people don’t realize this — he had a visa issue and they wouldn’t let him and Abel leave the U.S. until he got his visa extended. They spent all day at the airport and then they had to fly in on a red-eye and they didn’t get any sleep on the plane and then they had to change planes in Miami. So he finally showed up and drove directly from the airport to the weigh-in because of the delay. He weighed in and just was completely exhausted from that trip, and that showed with the fight.”"

I think GGG beats Nunn. Not saying it would be easy, but iirc Nunn didn't like it to the body and Golovkin likes his liver soft.

Nice bump. Wonder if those picking GGG in this thread still feel the same. Canelo showed GGG can be out fought on the inside and for years now, since around the Mayweather fight I've said Canelo reminded me in some ways of Toney and Toney is clearly better than Canelo.

Toney would be too elusive and counter GGG for the win. Prime Toney would basically do what Canelo did in rounds 6-8 but for the full 12 rounds.

Like I said almost 2 years ago when this thread was made, if Toney comes in shape and motivated Toney UD's maybe even TKO's GGG.

Ridiculous bumping a 2 year old thread for a laugh. It's Tuesday 3 days later, grow the **** up.

Yes of course, poor old Golovkin outboxes and defeats a younger man in Canelo, gets robbed of a victory and still all of a sudden he is an inferior fighter.

did you expect him to be seen as a superior to elite fighter, after getting beaten by elite?

does that rule work for james toney too when he got beat by jones? does toney become atg for losing to an atg?
