    Toney will tko the underconditionned Browne in the late rounds of the fight. Browne will be dangereous in the early rounds though.

    I won't be surprised if Toney managed to beat Browne, but that wouldn't mean that Toney "still has it".
    Browne is a notorious bumbasher, and even old/fat/shot Toney is a huuuuge step up for him.
