James Toney was one of the best middleweights I've seen but Bernard Hopkins is crafty and knows how to fight and Marvin Hagler was relentless for all 12 rounds

This is correct, the only thing Bhop is longevity. MMH and Toney are far better fighters.

    ATG rankings:

    1) MMH

    2) Bhop

    3) Toney

    P4P:

    1) MMH
    2) Toney

    3) Bhop

I would pick Toney over both H2H at MW, he doesn't have the best resume though, thats Hagler.

I would say it was a pick'em fight between him and MMH. they both Bhop who's Old school caginess would not work on Old school fighters.

A well prepared in shape James Toney would have beaten both Hop and Haglar in his prime.

Bhop is a lot taller than James and Bhop can box and make it difficult for James Toney. As for marvelous Marvin Hagler I think Bhop wins easily

when was his inshape and prime? the reason he went up weights because he was lazy and fat. toney should of stayed between middle and lhw, and build a legacy there.

As much as i like Toney i cant see him beating any of those two, his only chance would be to lure those guys to fight him on the inside but Hopkins and Hagler are too smart for that, they would box from the outside, jabbing and moving and taking advantage of Toney's static slow footwork. Hagler and Hopkins by decision.

I think he easily beats Hopkins. Hagler on the other hand is a much tougher task
