Both. And Ruiz, Guinn, Oquendo and the immortal Danny Batchelder.

Absolutely. Notice I didn't mention the loss to Jason Gavern.

Ruiz is better than Whyte he was actually a world champion and has wins over Holyfield, Johnson, Golota, Rahman, Oquendo, that's better than anything Whyte has ever done. I see no reason why Toney shouldn't be favoured over Whyte, who barely scrapped by Franklin who is a small skillful Heavyweight like Toney was.

No Joyce would out work him and land constantly to the body, plus his constant jab would be too much.

Povetkin punched harder than Ruiz and had quicker hands, Whyte finished Chisora with one hook like the hook Tua put Ruiz away with in the 1st.

Fury is far better than anybody Toney fought at heavyweight as is Usyk.

Ruiz stopped Oquendo who was very durable and got robbed in alot of his fights, the only other man to stop Oquendo was the extremely hard hitting Tua who was way behind on points at the time.

Whyte got sent to the shadow realm by a shot 40+ Povetkin.

Whyte needed 2 fights against Chisora and was lucky to get the decision in the 1st fight, and was behind on points vs Chisora when he scored the stoppage in 2nd fight.

Trust, Ruiz did not have the one punch power Whyte and Povetkin displayed.

He wouldn't need 1 punch power, he could out hustle and win a decision against Whyte. Ruiz beat better fighters than Whyte and also achieved more than Whyte, and I think Toney outpoints Whyte aswell.

Toney (from Holyfield) is too fast, slick and clever for the slow and basic Joyce.
