    Who wins and why ?

I still think Toney has some left, and will win this, possibly by ko.

JT by UD or late KO. JT is still has all his craft and slickness about him. he may be slower and easier to hit but by me saying "EASIER" that is still HELLA hard for anyone to land flush.....in his prime it was damn near impossible. JT is still a force at HW I just don't think he can beat the top 5 due to his inactivity and advanced age.

As both Toney and TOS are done in the HW division, the only interesting subjects of this fight are:
    1. At what weight Toney will show up
    2. Is he still on roids
    3. Is TOS will be running against the feather-punching Toney as well

    Please feel free to add.

This doesn't exactly have barnburner written all over it, does it?

Toney should beat Tos by decision.

There are so many old heavyweights who keep hanging on. We really need some of the younger ones out there to get some of the spotlight instead of the dinosaurs who are hanging on by their names.

    Davaryll Williamson.

I love JT, but I think he should just hang them up.

Toney has talent even an out of condition JT...

Davarryll has some top line talent and underrated power when he shows up.

Tyson v Holyfield 3 is a horrendous fight.. Mike will never lace gloves on again..

You have a wonderful way with words..:good

Toney is not fighting to be a viable heavyweight contender, but fighting only for the money - unless Toney drops 30 pounds and moves back down to cruiser - and thats highly unlikely.
