The videos that Seckbach has been putting out must be quite old then, he looked a lot heavier than 213.

Good to see him getting back in shape.

For you young punks outthere, James Toney is what you call a throwback fighter. I hope you can get a couple of more fights and look impressive on the way out!

Toney is done. You can;t loose all of that weight and not have it kill your strength.

It was all fat. Its not like he lost it too fast. Id get it if he was 250 pounds of muscle and boiled down to 213.

It doesn't mattter. Your body breaks down muscle before it breaks down fat. From Jeffries fight with Johnson to Byrd's fight with Sean George, we have seen example after example of of fighters who never get it back when they have to loose a lot of weight.

Hoep your right. I will never forget when I was in high school and Toney came out of nowhere to kncok out Michael Nunn. What an incradible fighter he was.

Byrd didnt have fat to lose. He lost ridiculous amounts of muscle weight in short time. Its different than this.

I have lost big amount of weight, while keeping majority of my own strenght so I know it can be done.

He trully was and still is. I think we will still see couple of good performances before Toney retires.

He is looking good I hope he can finish with the MMA crap and get back to boxing!

I like his style and lets be honest in the HW devision the fights are boring as hell. If he actually trains properly I can see him giving anyone a run for their money.

I'd even be willing to see him fight the Klit brothers cos he has that old school mid west defense, he would be hard to hit and you know he would let his hands go unlike David Haye.

    Come on Toney!!
