James Toney, Weight drained and over trained?

    Yeah a 218lb Toney means he left a good 10lbs too many in the gym. Even though he is a former middle I don't ever like to see a huge weight change in between fights even more so when it's an older fighter. I don't recall him being under 230's in a fight for years. I would have tried for 225 or so and then take it a bit more in the next training camp.

    We will see when he weighs in for a fight. It could be a bunch of bull**** that he is that light.
