Of the year" in 2003, but...

Who around that time did you want to see him in with?

What names could have bettered his resume around that time?

His wins from that period, how have they stood the test of time?

I love James. Awesome fighter. T'was good to see him win something like that and hit form years after what seemed his best days.

He was supposed to fight Hopkins at 190, with Hopkins going up THIRTY pounds, but the fight fell apart over Don King and money.

I'd rather have those two get it on in the early 90's (Toney wins all day, IMO) or Hopkins/RJJ get it on.

He was well managed. He basically didn't hold up his end of the bargain by failing drug tests and not training. And he had an injury or two. It would've been nice to see him reign with Ruiz's belt.

I would've liked to have seen him in with Tua, Brewster, Golota, shot Tyson, and Sanders. If held it together, he might've even gotten the fight with Lewis (and lost).
