Dark Trade is one of the best boxing books ever written ( just my opinion ) as well as the Toney sections there is some great writing on the relationships and psychological damage Both Toney and Roy Jones jnr had with thier fathers.

Great book. If you wanna have some more insight on a young James Toney, watch this documentary. Tells you pretty much everything, the good & the bad about the man. Toneys father is seen and gets to talk too. I don't think Eubank was truly scared, but he certainly was a bit shocked and at a loss for words. But Benns look was priceless when he was merrily joking around with Micky Rourke and suddenly he sees Toney standing there - his face just froze! Toney didn't avoid Eubanks or Benn, it was rather the other way round. After all, Benn and Eubanks were huge in the UK but Toney was the man at SMW in the rest of the boxing world.
And all those saying (mostly brits) that Toney was just a simple beltholder at SMW and Benn and Eubanks were the real champs - Toney was the #2 top P4P fighter in the world. Where were Eubanks and Benn?
