Barkley fight was special, he demonstrated his skills perfectly against the perfect possible opponent for Toneys style.
I always enjoyed the micheal Nunn fight, the 11 round TKO. The left hook he threw was classic and he dug in deep to achieve that win

Iran Barkley was his most dominating win against a notable opponent. Beautiful display on infighting, defense, power punching, EVERYTHING. Too onsided to be a great fight tho. Kinda like Gatti-Mayweather dominance.

Michael Nunn is tied for best win with Barkley, because he was pushed furthur and deeper and had to use ALL of his skills, tricks, conditioning to win that one. Its a good entertaining fight cause he has to hunt the target down, the punching bag doesnt just walk toward him. Its proof that Toney can fight on the outside.

Vassily Jirov is just a war. Beautiful counter punching by Toney, and a relentless attack by a game, undefeated opponent. Great showing by a past prime legend.

Ive also heard Mike McCallum 1 is good but I cant find a good version anywhere online.

Barkley win was most impressive, a complete performance, that fight makes you smile with appreciation of the talent the man had, its also easy to forget that Barkley was a two time world champ, and that, that Hearns went on to become LHW champ.

I think the Holyfield performance is vastly overrated, Holyfield got his ears boxed of by Chris Byrd previously, should of lost at least twice to Ruiz, as the 1st fight should of been a clear win for Ruiz, also, after losing to Toney, he got outboxed by Larry Donald, hardly a stellar win but its always brought up, dont know why.

If anything his win over McCallum deserves more respect, although i thought he lost the rematch with McCallum, thought he certainly won the first fight though.

Best performance to me was Barkley, but it wasn't his best win. Even though he went in as a massive underdog.

    For me it was Jirov.

Jirov was a undefeated top ranked guy, Toney was supposed to be washed up, and on his way out.

Well we know how that fight played out. It was action packed, but Toney didn't fade after everything, then that dramatic 12th round kd was awesome.

I might be a little biased as I got to see this one happen live, but Toney Vs Mccallum showed alot of pure boxing skill.

In terms of showcasing his skills against a well respected opponent. Then I would go with the Barkley fight.

    Beautiful to watch.
