No mate that is wrong, 3 years ago i had a fight in walsall and beat a lad up and was charged with and sentenced with affray. Affray's definition in the criminal dictionary:- to make a person feel vunerable or at risk of being physically hurt, to the point where the person can fear for their own well being or indeed their life. here are the charges in terms of seriousness starting withe the least:- common assault abh affray gbh gbh w/ wounding with intent affray is a bad charge, also 3 affrays = guaranteed jail over any stretch of time... n.b for affray i recieved 200 hours c.s, 2 year prohabation, and 240 fine. Affray isnt normally a jailable offence if it is first offence.
