Jamie Cox vs Denton Vassell - who wins?

Probably Vassel although not an easy fight for him. Cox is too wild and macho for my liking, Vassell is and can be a decent boxer and he can bang a bit too. Was impressed when he beat Corcoran and he bosts better wins too with Scriven, Spitko and El Macchi. Cox is talented no doubt about it but he needs to relax a bit and get back to his boxing for me.

Although i ain't seen much of Vassell i agree that Cox does get drawn into a brawl far to easily for my liking , i have high hopes for this Cox kid domesticaly and possibly @ European level , how far do you reckon he can go ?

 

cox would win easy mate had far superior amateur career than vassel can box probably the biggest puncher i sparred around my weight.

 

Cox would walk over Vassel. Totally different class of fighter.

Cox looks a really classy fighter but as has been said above he can get drawn into a brawl a bit. If he learns to control his emotions he can go far.

I think I've only seen Vassell once and that was a while ago so can't make a pick here.

 

vassell is quite highly rated although I haven't seen much of him. he's also very inactive...seems to have had only 4 fights a year since turning pro?
