An awful lot of talk on Twitter from him and his camp, calling out EVERY SMW in the world "I'll ice them all" or words to that effect.

Strong words from a kid whose fought nobody at all of note in the past. He has a few quick stoppages on his record (again, against lads who have all been stopped multiple times) and people seem to believe he's the British GGG lately.

I'm not sold, at all. Personally I think there are a few ahead of him inline for a shot of the British, I.e Fielding /Blackledge/ Brophy/ Smyle possibly even Cameron and had they not changed weights I'd say Buglioni & Markham too - because they've all come through challenges in the past.

FW has used his usual to get a good wbo rank (4) but people seem to think that carries water with the rest.

    Thoughts?

would like to see him in with a strong, tough lad that wouldn't be scared of him. id fancy david brophy to take control of the ring and beat him on points.

Apparently "everyone" is scared of him. Hes blatantly obvious trying to talk himself into fights, the way people are on about his "beast power" is laughable.

Yeh I'd fancy a few of those mentioned in OP to beat him tbh. But apparently they're all running scared of the big bad wolf

I think he's ok, but is definitely being overhyped and hasn't fought anyone of relevance. You see him calling out Blackledge on twitter?

Rebrasse is the fight for Cox. He's tough, durable and a Euro level gatekeeper.

Rebrasse?? Nooooo.... cox hasn't fought anyone of domestic level yet, never mind euro level.
He's literally fought plums throughout. Nah he should be in with the likes of Smyle, Webb & so on, work his way up properly - just like EVERYONE Above him in the British rankings have. Unless of course, he is world class as they are trying to impose - then he can push ahead of the queue. But going off his past, I don't think he is.

Yeh I've seen that, it's all the rest of the idiots saying he's a beast that annoy me, tbh blackledge has earned the right - fair one he was beat convincingly by Fielding,in odd circumstances but he's come back well and proven he's of the required standard at British level.. Cox has done nothing at all has he

Aye, the cameron n markham fights were tough but ones luke came through well. Cox hasn't had any of those types of fights, he had one a few years back n many people thought he lost. Tbh i like both fighters n i think it would be a close fight, but atm cox is claiming to be top5 in the country with nothing to back it up.

He's not claiming to be top 5 in the country, he's claiming to be the best- has the beating of all the others "ices them"

As you say, he's done nothing at all to suggest he's anything above domestic level - or even at domestic level tbh!

Sooner someone takes him down a peg the better ,
