Watson just did an impression of Corley last night.

    Round 7

Watson sprays a light shower of jabs while getting back into his end of the chase, but is positioned against the ropes and takes some forearms across the side of the head as Johanneson just keeps his feet and fists moving forward without any thought of halting or changing course. Watson tries a few step-through short uppercuts but they've got no pop. Watson finally goes down to his hands and knees by the ropes after a nasty turned-over hook lands in the pit of his stomach, with his nose bloodied. He pushes up and Johanneson immediately starts targeting the schnozz with hard jabs.

    10-8 Watson

No, Lawton-Matthews is not on this card. That fight is on a different, untelevised, card.

    McDonnell-Jamoye should be next up.

    Round 8

Johanneson is staying loose and busy, throwing jabs and hooking off them while edging forward. Watson just stays on his bicycle. Johanneson double jabs high against Watson's guard and then whips around and down to the body with a right. Straight right lead through the guard by Johanneson. Watson eats a flush jab and bobbles at the neck slightly. Johanneson smashes him to the body and Watson's hurt. Johanneson lands a 1-2 to the face and traps Watson against the ropes, then leaps side to side to prevent him running by. Watson circles very widely, not looking to engage.

It should be a shutout, 80-71

I expect Jamoye to whoop that ass, but expect the judges to award the victory to McDonnell.

Jamoye is quality and does have a chance, but McDonnell has greatly improved and has been in great form.

    It's really a tough call.

Sorry was copying it from Paddy Power (who had Lawton at 33/1 at one point) >_<
