Jamie Mcdonnell change of opponent for Jan 22nd

Very good opponent - I expected a **** one on short notice but this wont be easy

 

Jamoye is very good. I expect him to beat McDonnell.

 

Certainly going to this one now.

 

what mcdonnell achived in such a short space of time is pretty amazing

 

Wow that is a big shock, I have to say that I fancy Jamoye for this. I have to say fair play to Frank Maloney, I am the first to give him stick when he puts on a **** show but this is a really quality fight.

 

Mcdonnell said he wanted a tough fight looks like he's got one.

 

Much better opponent.

 

The size difference could be crucial in this one.

 

the first two opponents listed for mcdonnell looked poor but jamoye looks quality, after what he achieved in 2010 wouldnt surprise me mcdonnell beating him, who would be the betting favourite?

 

i couldn't be arsed starting a new thread, but i see Johanneson Vs Bhatia is on the undercard which could be a really good fight.

Boxrec has this listed at lightwelterweight which surely must be a mistake. Anyone know what weight this fight is going to be at? i don't think bhatia has ever fought higher than superfeather

My bad.

I ****ed up last year and missed a few shows at the Dome. Did the whole 'oh **** that was tonight routine' to myself so I am going to buy the tickets in the Morning.

 

I think McDonnell will win but Jamoye is going to be a very tough opponent and a very live underdog. I pick McDonnell by close decision, I think it will be a full distance fight.
