intellectual and brutal at the same time, similar to our beloved boxing in that respect.

320 million yanks can't be right!

His last fight with wazza was Philip Kotey on the undercard in Liverpool.

Since moving he has become the IBF mandatory.

Calling him a laughing stock because of a fractured foot is a bit harsh.

    :good

any news on Mcdonnell's first defence?

  5. it is true however I think he'd have closer to a million twitter followers, and he would be a celebrity

  6. I heard the Mcdonnell vs Stuart Hall rematch was gonna happen
then it went quiet. Jamie really needs promoter with a TV deal. Maybe ****** would be interested after all he has no current world champions  it would be an easy way to gain one

Feel sorry for Jamie. A top man who has done so well in the last couple of years.

I hope his loyalty and patience is rewarded.

He has worked his way up and has had no gimmies, although I had him losing to Napa.

More deserving than some champs thats for sure!

Channel 5 would be great for Mcdonnel, cant understand why ****** aint doing everything he can to get him either, would be great sparring for carl frampton.

channel 5 showed staurt hall v lee haskins and junior witter v colin lynes, they couldnt go wrong with a mcdonnel fight.

all 4 current british world champions are white, and there was cleverly and quigg is about to win a world title

yet the 2 household names - in the UK are a mixed raced guy Haye and an asian guy that does chicken dances.

froch is only just starting to get the recognition he deserves, he should have got it in 2008!, burns, barker and mcdonnell are 100% unknown despite being world champions, frampton, quigg, martin murray, groves etc despite being the Uks best fighters/prospects - get no media coverage.

Ive just noticed that the white fighters have lower media profiles despite they being the best and the world champions

also like for example saunders and gavin, etc are wasting away on boxnation no one knows who they are, yet mixed raced kel brook is known to casuals and getting the star treatment on sky sports

and kid galahad and chris eubank jnr will be on channel 5 in front of millions whilst the likes of world champion Mcdonnell is on primetime in front of 500 viewers.

just saying its something ive noticed and I find it strange

maybe being a white guy is mcdonnells downfall
    or maybe im wrong
but non white average guys are more well known than white world champions that is a fact

the media seem to like to show a black or mixed raced fighter on TV

ask an american to name some british fighters and they just say khan and a bunnch of black/mixed raced fighters - haye, chisora, brook - even though they arent world champions

maybe its becaue black and mixed raced fighters like to be in the spotlight more, look how degale was quick to jump ship from boxnation,

like someone said if mcdonnell was a ****stani like khan hed have a massive fan base loads of twitter followers, cause they just support people of their own race /religion

i think thats more just a coincidence of tv deals.

Hearne will be looking to promote luke campbell as the next big superstar of british boxing.

and your forgetting the main attraction on channl five is tyson fury a white heavyweight from manchester.

thats cause all the best UK fighters are obviously white

yet channel 5 gets the most viewers ratings and its the JLS tribute band - Degale, Eubank Jnr, Galahad
Hennessy gets a hard on for mixed raced young boys it seems, Im surprised he never signed Ogogo I bet he's on his future grooming list
