If that was to be his last fight, then I wish him all the best for the future. Please show your respect for arguably the most exciting British boxer of the last decade and show how much you appreciate the heart he showed in that ring for us, the fans :good

the Macklin fight will live on in the memory. He did well to win the european title. maybe he can change is training style and get back to light middle.

He said afterwards that he hasn't got the respect he's deserved which is kinda true. But on Brit ESB he will always be respected and remembered!!

If/when he retires his career set will be a mush have for every British fight fan. The man has been in so many great fights.

    Well said Kosaros.

He mentioned in the post fight interview, he didnt get the respect he deserved. But he did get it where it mattered - here. The 'mainstream' fans were ignorant of him but us hardcores knew who he was and rated him highly.
A true warrior in the ring and a gentleman outside it as he proved tonight.

To me it looked like a lack of motivation, as I do think Moore can be sucessful at Middleweight, but he will know better than us.

Heads up Moorser, you made your mark on British boxing permantly

Moore's the kind of British fighter I'll be telling my son about in 10-15 years time. You were always guaranteed a 'fight' with Moore. The Rhodes fight was sensational in my opinion, the Macklin ruck had me scared shitless for Macklin but just an epic, epic war then there was the Jones trilogy...

If this is to be the end then I tip the hat to you sir.

Terrific fighter and a true gent, if this is the end (I hope not, as bad as it looked) then I wish him luck in whatever he chooses to do next.

    Echo the above sentiments.

Jamie is a great fighter, a great man, and a great ambassador for British Boxing.

Moore didnt even look that bad in the fight, he showed some really fine skills. Really impressive showed the glimpses of his magic.

Jamie, you didnt have a cold or an illness? it looked that way you just ran out of steam.

Should also give a mention to Colin Lynes. He's been a great servant to British boxing for the past few years. We may also have seen the end of his career.

I thought Colin Lynes was beating Olusegun with substance over style. Gave a great showing off himself, really did look good.

Macklin-Moore was a domestic classic. I feel like he could have achieved more though, but he always entertained, that is for sure. Full respect to him.
