Jan Zaveck would knock out Victor Ortiz late.

...and do the same to Berto in the rematch he's never getting.

Ortiz and Berto are sub-elite at welterweight.

Zaveck is just shy of elite (too slow) - better than both.

Mayweather would 120-108 x3 Zaveck. Probably the same from Pacquiao.

Zaveck's solid as hell and brings the pressure. Ortiz would be in for a rough night the longer it goes.

    :good

As strong as he is, Ortiz doesn't have the crushing power at welterweight to dent Zaveck's iron.

Ortiz is faster, but wilder. His excessive hyperactivity in the early rounds would prove detrimental down the stretch once the heavier hands started to find him. Slow and steady wins the race. :smoke

Having the ability to stand in the ring and take punches, as he did from Berto, makes him an elite fighter?

    Ortiz still beats him.

Uh, no. I believe I said he was just shy.

FYI, that wasn't his professional debut. Try maybe watching more than one of someone's matches before commenting on them. The guy had a world title before he met Berto. His niche in the boxing world was already clear: world class, not quite elite. (too slow...as I said)

Zaveck is all wrong for Vic, unlike Berto, Vic can actually fight on the inside.

Zaveck can be for May, Ortiz and Berto a rolemodel for sportmanship and fair fight...that **** what happen in last 2 weeks with both title WW fights is just a joke for both organisations.

Now i see why the K-bros are so much pain in the ass to everyone as they fight fair and to everyone. Sorry guys but you Americans dont know **** about fair play and what is sport!

You are commenting on Ortiz's latest fight so I commented on Zaveck's latest fight. He needs to bring more if you expect him to win. :hi:

Actually dumbass, in none of my posts ITT is it said that my opinion here is based solely on Mayweather vs. Ortiz. It's based on the sum total of having watched Victor Ortiz for years (and seen more than enough of Zaveck to know he'd knock him out). :hi:

Seems like you can't carry on a true argument without resorting to name calling. Go polish more of Zaveck's knob and ice his face after those whoopins. Maybe you can also be his trainer since you see more in him than other folks do. :dead

Come on IB are you kidding? Bertos A 50-50 match in which I favor Berto but Ortiz is a hard hitter. Not impossible but harder then you put it.
