The Kazakh squibbed it last time. Mikhailovich travelled half-way around the world to fight him & he pulls out on the eve of the fight b/c he was feeling light-headed from cutting weight (or fainted or whatever it was). He then announces he can't make Middleweight anymore & pulls out of the fight. A couple of days later he announces that he's feeling much better thank you very much and that (wait for it) the good news is he can make Middleweight again. Hallelujah! The Kazakh must think he's back in the amateurs where if you wake up not feeling so good you pull out & give the other guy a walkover. Unfortunately, there are no walkovers in professional boxing & the Kiwi not only missed out on a title shot he had spent weeks (or months) preparing for but also the payday that goes with it. Latest is Mikhailovich's promoters won the purse bid (by $1000 - Top Rank must have tipped them off) & the fight's going to be put on in Australia. I'm hearing it will be up in Queensland with a Queensland referee & judges. With Mikhailovich being a Kiwi, they will be considered neutral officials. I'm predicting Mikhailovich by TKO in the 7th when the referee controversially waves it off early.
