Janibek Alimkhanuly vs Carlos Adames

Good to see this happening.
Janibek is a great fighter one of the best I have seen live in person.

 

I hope this fight gets the hype and coverage it deserves.

I hope the winner commits to fighting Lara.

 

This should be a showcase for Janibek who is several levels better than the limited Adames.

 

Crawford and his team have hinted to him dropping to 160lbs. Didn't give a name they are targeting, but knowing Crawford he isn't looking for fight anyone without a title when going to a new division. I think he completely washing Lara. 7 years ago it would have been a more challenge fight, but today is not a good match up at all. If that is to happen, I would only guess that his next target would be the winner of Janibek v Adames.

 

dont be surprised when Adames wins. these Kazak/Eastern Euros are overrated.

 

Im actually totally fine with Alimkhanuly vs Lara. Old as Lara is he's still a hard fighter to deal with for anyone and it would be interesting to see how Janibek deals with Lara's skills.

 

Looks like Janibek will be unifying against Lara in December on the Cruz vs Roach card likely happening in December.

 

Adames is a disappointment.

Lara may be too old to win this but it will sure be exciting since he’s sitting on his punches more now
