Apparently he popped for Meldonium, which is one of those where any performance enhancing effect is very dubious (I would personally say it doesn't exist.) If he popped for something genuinely performance enhancing I would say cancel the fight and throw the book at him, but maybe some circumspection would be helpful here. Having said all that looking at the precedented punishments the Lara fight will almost certainly be cancelled and Janibek could face a lengthy ban.

 

Was he at the Reynoso camp recently?
