As others have said, it's great they are keeping him active.

Anderson is an exciting prospect, but getting gifted an early stoppage whilst taking return fire doesn't make you ready for the top 15. Doing that wasn't good for his development. Though it does get people hyped. Just like Dubois was hyped until he was thrown in way too soon with Joyce.

It was an exciting win against Forrest, but let's not gloss over the fact that Forrest was not there to win. What little juice Forrest had in his career was already squeezed out by an aging Pulev in a one sided manner. Heck, Forrest didn't even go down against Anderson and was still trying to fire back. This is the guy who got up repeatedly against Zhang remember...

Let's see how he does against a Michael Hunter or Hughie Fury (someone there to actually win) before throwing him in with the sharks of the division.

He's exciting but let's enjoy the journey. He has plenty of time.

Anderson should be fighting every 1-2 months at this stage.

I don't consider Hunter, Hughie, Parker or Whyte "sharks" at this point. I don't think anyone does.

    Line 'em up.

I'd pick Anderson against the lot without a second thought.

He's got a lot to improve on, but should beat all of those.
Hunter - formerly a solid operator, but demotivated and willing to be a gatekeeper now
Hughie - interesting fight, but hard to pick Hughie as he's been out over a year
Parker - either demotivated or nearly shot, would still be a good fight though
Whyte - actually shot, although Anderson has got to be slightly careful of the left hook still
