Agree with the rest. Chin wasn't his issue. He lost on his feet. It was the fact he KEPT getting hit. He's always been able to back people off, but Bakole was eating his shots and coming forward. Anderson had no answer and wasn't a skilled enough defensive fighter to keep him at bay.

 

No doubt. Bakole's uppercut was jus plain nasty

 

He couldn`t get inside the longer reach and had no movement.

 

No offense (where's that power)
No defense (i'll bet he never trains for balance)
No chin

Wait, now everyboyd is on the Bakole train now? Let me guess. Bakole is the next George Foreman, nobody can handle his power and he is the future of the division right? The same Bakole who got knocked out by 210 pound Michael Hunter. Wait I know what you will say. But his shoulder was hurt. So you believe that? Every time a boxer loses they make excuses use. Bakole was still throwing bombs at Hunter even in the round he got stopped in. So Bakole punches had no effect on a 210 pound guy.

Let's go further. It is funny how people will find the heaviest a fighter way and try to use that as their prime weight. Bakole is out of shape. Earlier on his career he got to as low as 228. If you honestly think 290 pound is the weight he should be in then I don't know what to tell you. It is like these same people who tell you that Tyson Fury is 270 pounds. No Tyson Fury is a 230/240 pound guy who comes in the ring out of shape. It is like saying Andy Ruiz is legit 280 pounds. Ruiz is out of shape.

Also coming in the right that heavy doesn't make you a harder puncher. If that was the case then Jarrell Miller would be the hardest puncher right now. Nobody considers Miller to be a big puncher even when he was on the juice.

Anderson is 24 and has never beat anybody besides Charles Martin. Baklole beating him proves nothing. But maybe Anderson does have a weak chin. Bakole's power had no effect on Kuzmin's chin. You know the same Kuzmin who got dropped by 210 pound Michael Hunter who isn't even considered a big puncher when he fought a cruiser weight.

 

Ali was almost knocked out by 180 pound Herny Cooper.

 

He also took Ernie Shaver`s best shots.

Have you taken a punch like that, let alone multiple clean punches.... Labeling someone as having a glass jaw is ignorant in the sense of the punches he took had purpose and served their purpose. Having a glass jaw would suggest regardless of the caliber of puncher, you are liable to be hurt.

 

Its going to happen and when it does the usual suspects will come out of the woodwork on here and blame it on Defense or "that punch would have KOed anyone!!!!!" etc.
Its never the Chin it is always something else.
