    How would this one go?

I think Anderson could outwork Ruiz and win a decision. Anderson got KO'd but Ruiz hits nowhere near as hard as Bakole. Anderson's questionable defense and Ruiz' speed would make it interesting early though.

Ruiz hits hard enough to do damage. Miller just seems to have titanium implants in his skull.

    Ruiz by TKO round 6.

Ruiz is a little past it ATM imo.

Going off the Bakole fight, will say Ruiz TKO mid to late rounds. Ruiz has very quick hand-speed and is powerful, but if Anderson boxes smart and takes advantage of Ruiz's very slow footwork then I can see Anderson getting the decision.

As bad as Ruiz is now he still TKO's Anderson. Anderson can't fight on the back foot, he can't counter and so leads which will allow Ruiz to catch and counter. It would be a good style match up for Ruiz as Anderson will basically go right at him and doesn't have the chin or defence of Miller. Ruiz walks him down and stops him.

Ruiz by decision. I think he still has enough in the tank to win a close decision. Anderson can surpass him in the future though.

They wont let Anderson near Ruiz. Anderson needs 2 if not 3 or more fights to build back his confidence. They also have a lot of work. Anderson looked bad with is offense and defense.

Ruiz is not coming back. Since beating Joshua, his career has been a disaster.

He over ate and under performed. Lack of discipline.

After a two year layoff, he comes back looking mediocre. Too heavy. Too slow and too quick to tire.

If he broke his hand, he'll have to take more time off.

    He's wasted his prime.

Agreed, I thought that was maybe the worst version of Anderson I've seen, wasn't like Bakole showed a masterclass boxing display Anderson just stood in front of him and got hit. He may be having some personal problems , he had some trouble with the law and it might be showing. He needs to take off about 6 months and as you say and rebuild.

Anderson's packing glass. Even today's Ruiz shatters that fragile mandible.

With Ruiz jr quick hands and propensity for landing temple shots on larger men, I wouldn't be quick to toss Anderson in with him after his Bakole concussions clear.
