Jesus Christ Martin's lack of urgency cost him the potential opportunity to KO Anderson. What a frustrating finish from him.

Martin staggers him at the bell. If Martin pushed him back he would have KO'ed this overhyped job

 

Ruiz KO's him in my opinion. Would be a good fight cause someone is getting knocked out.

 

He went 10 rounds and took some big punches from a very good veteran boxer.
I'd say we learned some positive things about him.

No amateur career, fighting a former HW champ in his 15th fight at age 21...not too bad IMO.

While he didn't look too impressive and got stunned a few times I still think this was a good learning fight for Anderson and given his age if he can make the right adjustments he still has some potential imo. He's probably lucky the fight against Kossobutskiy got canceled though as he had trouble seeing the left cross coming and often reached with his punches

Or maybe he just doesn't have it. Let's put it in context that Martin was beaten by trainwreck Kowacki, and stopped by 165 year-0ld Ortiz. Maybe Anderson just isn't the man.
