    Jaron Ennis and Vergil Oritz were both 1st and 2nd in the wbo sanctioning body and both left when they were next up for crawford

    here is crawford exposing boots ennis to his face and calling boots ennis "food"

    All this is irrelevant now as Ennis is Crawford's mandatory right now, so the ball is in Crawford's park on whether or not he wants to fight Ennis or move up to 154.

    Well both actually if Spence doesn't activate the rematch clause which I seriously doubt he will, then Crawford can either decide to fight his mandatory aka Ennis or move up to 154 and fight the likes of Charlo.

    I think overall it's a bit of a lose-lose situation for Crawford regarding Ennis, as I said in another thread if Crawford beats him fans will say Ennis was overrated. And if Crawford vacates his belt some fans will accuse him of ducking.

    Ideally for me Ennis needs 1 or 2 more wins over the likes of Thurman, Ugas, Ortiz, just so hes a bit more proven, and then the fight vs Crawford would have a bigger impact.

    Until Boots beats a proven welter there's little interest and no fight here. Bud and Charlo at 154 is the big money fight and I don't see Bud making mandatory defenses of his belts at 147 for lesser money at his age. December would be a great fight date for this.

    Your right with how fans will label Ennis overrated if he were to lose to Crawford next but it's actually due to the fact that we're far away from even knowing how good he truly is or what is ceiling could look like at this present,

    I think he should fight Thurman as well as it's a very compelling fight for both guys & will answer a lot of questions for both fighters even more so since Ortiz is now out of commission, it's the better stylistic move over the slow footed back tracking one dimensional Uga's who will most likely be jabbed to death backing away all night,

    The way so many people are assuming Crawford should just sign to fight Charlo is comical because what makes anyone think that Charlo ever even entertained that fight for himself especially now that he has Tzyu & Canelo waiting in the shadows, those two back to back fights might end up changing Charlo's whole career plans & confidence/Demeanor going forward.

    Make the fight next. It's an intriguing match up and I'm excited to see it. Ain't nobody wanna see the rematch against Spence as the first fight was a one-sided massacre and Spence was incapable of making it even remotely competitive. Spence will take another nasty beating and get hurt and nobody wants to see that.

    I don't want to see Crawford vs an extremely inactive Keithy next either. Keithy has fought once in four years for goodness sake and is 1-1 in his last 2 fights.

    Super Boots presents a much stiffer challenge to Crawford. Sure his resume is weak and he ain't ever fought no one like Crawford before but, likewise, Crawford hasn't fought anyone who possesses the athleticism, speed, power, size, range, and variety Super Boots does nor even close.

    Where's the prime athletic phenom in this bunch? And with real speed and vicious power too?

    Also boots can become one of those legacy investment type wins for xrawford of he ends up doing well at welter later. He really should fight him.
