Boots ducked Crawford because he didnt want to fight on BLK PRIME.

    Now Boots fighting on DeadZone.

@steviebruno insists that only PBC/Showtime offer real fights so I guess Boots aint a real fighter no more.

    Punk sh!t

One step closer to Ennis vs Santillan. THE fight at welterweight.

He was having problems with his promotional contract. Apparently, they weren’t delivering on promised fights for Ennis, leading to all the inactivity and a lawsuit. Hopefully Matchroom gets the ball rolling again with his career.

I am fairly certain that PBC were the ones not wanting to put their talent on BLK. They rarely ever let their actual talent go to other promoters for fights.

And while the boxing side on DAZN is relatively small, the streaming service has over 60 million subscribers.
Plus at the very least, Matchroom will keep Boots active, unlike PBC. PBC were fine with his fights falling through.
Hearn will push him to headline his US shows and find replacement opponents if need be. Plus Boots might get the Benn fight, which would be a big boost for his career.

I can't wait! Ennis against the likes of Michael McKinson, Conor Benn, Chris Kongo, Florian Marku, Ekow Essuman, Harry Scarff, Alexis Rocha, and Giovanni Santillan! Scintillating matches lie ahead!

I reckon matchroom got a decent defence lined up for him in the summer but ultimately someone he'll get past comfortably. Someone who'll come to fight like a Crocker or Cuevas before an end of year showdown with Benn.

Matchroom will keep him busy but they've been absolute failures when it comes to marketing boxers from the U.S. Andrade, Farmer, Jacobs, and so on were all blunders. Even Haney had to join Top Rank to get notable fights. I hope Hearn doesn't stagnate Boots like he did the others.

i've basically stepped away from boxing since the completely fake Loma v Haney fight

stepped in today to check the news and saw this...

Who the hell is at 147 for Jaron Ennis? Not Crawford, not Spence.....Cody Crowley? Crowley is ranked #1 by every other belt and can fight for a vacant title against a no-namer

147 and 154 are DEVOID of names, especially for the IBF.
