    Mooted for a TGB Promotions card on Showtime in early spring. Likelier than not to be some manner of early-stage (but not final) eliminator for a crack at IBF welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr.

    Lipinets is currently the number three contender in the IBF rankings (but absent from the rest of the big four). Ennis is ranked IBF #10 as well as WBC #12 and WBO #7.

    This at last will be the moderately large step up for Boots that CVH was supposed to be.

    It's good that he's going the IBF route, if he went WBC there might be a new franchise champion soon.
