As you know Ennis is my second favorite fighter Ennis's best win is a competative bout + stoppage against Lipinets. His next fight will be against Clayton who arguably beat Lipinets. That type of experience will not suffice for the gap on ability and level between Lipinets and the top 3 guys at welterweight unless Ennis is more talented than i believe him to be. He needs a Danny Garcia, the shell of Kell Brook, a Keith Thurman, etc, one of those guys on his record before he steps up to elite level against Spence, or even Ugas. Ennis is becoming too hyped and that will be his downfall.
Ill be honest i smell a changing of the guard. Ortiz and Boots the next top dogs. Rashidi Ellis will hold a belt but his mandible isnt the best.
