The first somewhat significant heavyweight boxers to get a fight after the corona crisis.

Miller supposed to fight Jerry Forrest; while Kabayel supposed to fight Evgenios Lazaridis

Your thoughts? Will Miller get a title shot in the next 2 years again?

I think for Miller any fight is good to get back into the rythm of training. Don't think he'll get a title shot any soon, maybe in 3 years? He should get decent performances and head for Chisora, Parker, Ortiz and similar, maybe Whyte or Povetkin.

Quite disappointed about Kabayel, it's about time he steps up. He could challenge Manuel Charr for the regular WBA title or get a shot against Rivas, Joyce, Hrgovic or Jennings to see what his level is.

Miller is at the back of the line. He messed up big time, he will have to prove himself and win 5-6 more fights against decent opponents to get back in to the conversation within the next few years.

A shame he got caught, I was actually looking forward to seeing how he would do against world class opponents

A shame? Would you prefer him to continue juicing under the radar and win fights that way?

Before you say it, yes I am aware more people than we care to admit are on the juice. That in no way means someone who is juiced should be allowed to fight someone who is clean. All or nothing.

Miller might actually lose this one.

Bogdan Dinu got a bad deal. His career was knocked right back due to a loss against a big time drug cheat.

How about Miller gives him a rematch?

Rabbit punches against Pulev too. He was doing good in that fight. I don't think it would matter if those losses were reversed though. Dinu was/is extremely talented but he has zero drive. a shame because he definitely had the skills to be a a serious contender.

I completely agree, but come I seriously doubt any of the top heavyweights are clean

In all fairness, he is unheralded, and since he is capable of the upset, probably no one wants to give him a shot. I am disappointed too, but Lazaridis might be the best he can get.

I hear you. I also agree that seeing Miller's style against the top 10 can only bring good fights.

There's a big difference between being clean and being almost entirely build up from steroids and growth hormones.
The things Miller got caught for made it clear as day that he's a downright cheat, who takes enormous health risks to drastically increase his size, mass and power to be able to compete at a level he wouldn't belong at otherwise. Not someone looking for a slight edge.
He should be banned for life, as his body structure already has been irreversably altered due to his obviously excessive drug use.

    I hope Kabayel trashes him.

I think he’s just a naturally big guy, I really don’t think his body structure has been irreversibly altered

Jarrell Miller is so overrated. He's beaten absolutely nobody of note. He's been around for years, too.

I haven’t seen the Franklin fight but what I have seen of Forrest doesn’t convince me he’s got enough to beat the downgraded version of Miller
