Boxing makes enough money to pay for testing from somewhere!!! I applaud the WBC for testing their top 15 contenders!! Him now testing vada and being dropped from the wbc was a red flag! Any fighter that refuses random testing is suspect! Kovalev, tank Davis, Thurman and Spence are some fighters that have opted not to enroll in the clean boxing program therefore have been dropped from the wbc rankings !!! Something is amiss!!! We all know usada is a joke!!!
Seriously juicing with HGH as a boxer is certainly not speaking in favor of Miller's IQ. He already is huge, way too much muscle mass. Why on earth take HGH to get bigger? It makes absolutely no logical sense unless he thought he was preparing for a bodybuilding contest.

There's never been a fighter that can hold their own who would take this fight on such short notice, unless it's the exact same as LL and Vitali being in camp the same amount of time with signed fights within 1 week of the others. What fighter worth a pinch of salt would take the top fight in HW boxing NOT being given the opportunity to get in to FIGHT Shape,, not one
