Ruiz would do well early but if he can't stop Miller in the first 4 rounds he likely gets out worked and either loses a decision or is stopped late. Ruiz Jr has only one stoppage after the 4th round his power abandons him after that as he likely tires and his shots lose their snap. I favour Miller to come out on top, but he'd have to be careful early on.
I'd pick Ruiz. The last few rounds would be horrible for him but his handspeed is insane and he'd rack up a big early lead
